    New NIPO Software Customer Support website

    We are happy to inform you about the launch of our new Customer Support Center, the customer section of our website where our customers can do the following:
    • Download software updates: We offer now the latest version and previous versions, so that customers can roll back to an older proven version if the new release presents issues.
    • Read manuals and release notes: The regular pdf manuals can be consulted and we now also offer online html documentation (see e.g. NIPO ODIN Developer) so you can quickly navigate through the documentation using your browser.
    • Get useful tools: A new tool has been added to automatically assign interviewers on surveys they have been planned on in NIPO FMS.
    • Learn some tips & tricks: The Newsfeed section is created to inform about use that adds value.
    • Adapt your personal and company details: There is a section with your personal and company information, allowing you to update this in our administration.

    The website is optimized for the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox.
