IndustrialNvision Script is for manipulating data and creating customer reports that include tables and charts. It uses a powerful and very flexible scripting language that has few, if any, limitations on how you process your data and what you can include in your tables and charts. You are bound only by your imagination, as some of the Nvision Script applications created by our customers prove (like an automated sudoku solver).
There are no practical restrictions on the number of records in the dataset. You can use any number of columns and rows for storage. Nvision Script is optimised to process market research data and we consider it to be one of the most - if not the most- powerful data processing engines in the industry.
FastWith a few short lines of script,which could be as little as six lines,your data processing team can create batch tabulation and charting jobs. Data manipulation, such as cleaning duplicates from a list of email addresses, is incredibly easy to script too. One of the advantages of scripting is that your DP team can predefine the scripts and be ready to run the report as soon as the data is collected.
You can create templates for your house style, ensuring that simply by applying the template, every single page of every report is effortlessly formatted 100% correctly, every time. Within the template you can set colours, fonts and include logos, and you can also define how you want your tables laid out.
To make you as efficient as possible Nvision Script includes a number of built-in statistical tests, such as mean, average, standard deviation, standard error, median, chi-square, F-test, Kruskall-Wallis test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, L-test, gamma, regression, significance of differences and correlation coefficient.
OpenTo enable you to analyse data collected in a variety of different systems, Nvision Script will read various data formats, such as Triple-S, ASCII or Microsoft SQL. It does of course also have a direct and super-efficient link to NIPO Software proprietary formats. It will output to many different formats, including PDF, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, CSV, HTML, and XML giving you more choices when publishing your reports. You can even export (processed) data sets to SPSS for further analysis.
AffordableThe licensing costs are reasonable and hardware requirements are minimal. Training costs will also be kept to a minimum, since it only takes a three-day training course to become proficient with the scripting language and the use of the software. Most customers go on a short course and then make use of the scripted examples supplied with the software and also examples that NIPO Software Support creates for them.
