Since our Web and CATI software are the same system, you have all the sophisticated features that you normally associate with CATI, such as complex routing, rotation, randomization and dynamic texts. In fact, we like to think that our software is so feature-rich that it will cover almost every eventuality, and many of our customers use our software for 100% of their projects, thus avoiding the extra costs associated with using a secondary or backup system. There are plenty of ‘Web-specific’ features too that will handle the trickiest customer requests. For example, if your clients want surveys with highly sophisticated interfaces, the NIPO Fieldwork System supports multimedia, so you can, for instance, use an Adobe Flash applet in Web surveys.
Optimising response ratesIn these days of falling response rates, we have designed our software to help you overcome this as much as possible. For example, the email and reminder management system ensures that emails inviting respondents to participate in surveys bypass virtually any spam filter by sending out emails in waves and using counter spam technology. You can also configure a Web project to automatically remind respondents to complete a survey after a given interval. With these and other practical solutions built into our software, the result is clear; you simply get more done in less time.
