You want to get started with NIPO Software but have no capacity to setup the IT system? No problem! We offer a range of Web hosting services to get you up and running. You can opt for sending us your questionnaire and let us set it up, or your can build the electronic questionnaire yourself. The design possibilities are endless and the respondents do not need any additional software. You can monitor progress at all stages of the project via a website.
How does it work?
Step 1: Create the questionnaire Most of our Web Hosting customers choose to send us their questionnaire in Word format and let us create the electronic questionnaire. You can also create the electronic questionnaires yourself after a short training session. This is especially attractive when you intend to conduct several projects via our hosted environment or when you already use our CATI or CAPI software.
Surveys can be designed according to your company's look-and-feel or any other design of your choosing. The design options of the questionnaire are virtually unlimited, allowing for simple questionnaires with highly complex modelling or routing.
Before respondents are invited we send you a test questionnaire link, giving you plenty of opportunity to check that the survey is working properly and looks right.
Step 2: Invite respondents and conduct fieldwork Once the questionnaire is approved, NIPO Software invites the respondents of your choice to participate in the Web survey. Each respondent receives a personal invitation email with their own link to the survey. The email text is fully customised to fit your needs. If you do not want to invite respondents via email you can also choose to hand respondents login details, and they login on a custom landing page that we style to your needs.
Respondents only need a browserand do not need any additional software.
Step 3: Track response online During interviewing, you can track the progress of your project real-time via the Internet.
Step 4: Report outcome After your fieldwork is complete, we can report the collected data in various formats. It is possible to analyse data directly with SPSS, Microsoft Excel, Nvision Script, and Quantum. Online reporting is another option - you will receive a secure login to a website and from there you can run tabulations and perform statistical tests.
